Senator Trump moved to amend the bill on page one, section two-a, line eleven, by striking out the words “If a mental hygiene commissioner, designated county magistrate, or circuit judge” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “If no mental hygiene commissioner, no designated county magistrate, and no circuit judge”.
